This privacy policy applies to the KetoLife mobile application (“Application”) created by Umut Deniz Yorulmaz (UDY Digital) (“Service Provider”). This Application is provided as a Freemium service and is intended for use AS IS.

The Application may collect the following categories of information when you use it:

• Contact Information such as your email address and (if provided) your name, for account creation, authentication, support, and communication.

• Identifiers such as a user ID generated by our system and your device ID, to manage accounts, secure the Application, and deliver services.

• Usage Data including app interactions, pages visited, features used, time and date of access, and session duration, to analyze and improve the Application.

• Diagnostics such as crash logs, performance data, and other diagnostic information, to detect errors and enhance reliability.

• Purchases / Payment Information when you subscribe or purchase features, we collect purchase confirmation and transaction identifiers (actual payment details are processed securely by Apple and are not stored by us).

• User Content if you upload photos, videos, or other content within the Application.

The Application does not collect precise location data.

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Application (account login, feature access, customer support)

• To improve performance, functionality, and security

• To analyze user behavior and optimize user experience

• To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases

• To send you service-related notifications and, where permitted, marketing communications

• To personalize content, offers, and recommendations

We may use third-party service providers for analytics, marketing automation, and backend infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your personal data with independent third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain personal data for as long as you maintain an account and up to 12 months after account deletion, unless longer retention is required by law. The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In some jurisdictions, users must be at least 16 years old to provide consent.
