These Terms of Use apply to the Keto Diet App: Keto Life (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, created and provided by Umut Deniz Yorulmaz (UDY Digital) (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”). This Application is offered with a 7-day free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using the service, and is intended for use AS IS.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. It is strongly advised that you read these Terms carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the Application, any part of it, or the Service Provider’s trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the sole property of the Service Provider.

You must not attempt to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative works of the Application. The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time. Any applicable charges will always be clearly communicated. Some features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function due to lack of internet connectivity or insufficient data allowance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Application access. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it may expose your device to malware or cause the Application to malfunction. You are responsible for ensuring your device is charged and functional. The Service Provider is not liable if you cannot access the Application due to device failure. If you are not the bill payer of the device, we assume you have obtained permission from the account holder to use the Application.

The Application may include in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are securely processed through Apple’s App Store; no payment details are stored by the Service Provider. By making a purchase, you agree to the billing terms provided by Apple. The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s terms.

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to enable its features. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You agree to accept updates to the Application when offered to you. The Service Provider may discontinue or terminate the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Application.

The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and functional, but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free, compatible with all devices, or continuously available. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Application.

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted within the Application and on our website. You will also be notified by email if there are significant changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute, the courts at the location of UDY Digital shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
